What you have already entered stays, and you can still change it. The limit applies only to new entries. The owner can export the workspace at any time.

Can I bring the spreadsheets and contacts I already have?

Yes. Contacts imports people from a spreadsheet, a contact file exported from your phone or address book (.vcf), or a WhatsApp chat export of a conversation with one person. Career imports gigs, Finances imports royalties, and Tables keeps any other sheet as a table.

Each import shows what it would add, and saves nothing until you confirm it. A collecting society's own statement layout is not read.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. off-studio runs in the browser on a computer and on a phone, and can be added to a phone's home screen. There is no app in the App Store or on Google Play at the moment.

Who owns the workspace, and can I take it with me?

The artist owns the workspace, even when a manager sets it up: the artist becomes its owner by accepting the invitation.

The owner can export it as one file at any time, on every plan. The file holds everything in the workspace, with the activity log and your own recent conversation with the agent. The files you add to Documents save as a separate .zip. It includes everyone’s My drive, so only the owner can download it.

The workspace is stored in Frankfurt, Germany, and its nightly backups are kept in the European Union. The privacy policy names each outside company that sees any part of it.

What happens if I stop paying?

The workspace moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted and nobody is removed. The owner can still edit and export everything in it, and only new entries meet the free plan's limit of 10 of each.

Where the artist owns the workspace, everybody else on it can still read and export what their role allows, and cannot add or change anything until the artist chooses the paid plan again.

What does the agent do?

Tell it what happened, attach a screenshot of a chat, or ask when your next gig is.

A contact, an organization, a gig, an interaction or a fee it suggests waits in the Inbox until you save it. Tasks, notes and reminders you describe usually save at once. A task for a gig you name saves after you choose the gig and confirm. It never enters an amount on its own.

The agent reads only what you can see yourself. Amounts from Finances are never sent to the AI. The privacy policy lists exactly what is sent.

Does off-studio send invoices or messages to my contacts?

You send every invoice and every message to your contacts yourself. off-studio prepares the document and records what you did with it: marking an invoice as sent reminds you on the due date to check whether it was paid, and the payer hears nothing from off-studio at any point.

Once your name, address and IBAN are saved, an invoice in euros prints a QR code the payer scans in a banking app.

off-studio does send email about your account and your workspace: confirming your address, resetting your password, warning you about failed sign-ins, the invitations you send your team, and the reminders you set, for yourself or for your team.

Community also emails people who register for your events or sign up for your news: a confirmation, a receipt for a request, your team's decision if your team sends it, and a new link if someone asks for one. Community sends no newsletters.

Can I look at it before making an account?

Yes. Explore a fictional artist's workspace without an account, a card or an email address. Nothing in it can be changed.
